Floral and fruit-forward, with lavender drifting over juniper before a burst of ripe blueberry and a spicy backbone. The story is suitably casual: dreamed up over a G&T and made real at a third-generation Black Forest distillery a friend’s uncle happened to run. Intense, fruity and long.

Description
Huckleberry began the way a lot of good ideas do, over a glass of gin and tonic, when Max and Jens decided the world needed their gin and very nearly left it at that. A friend's uncle, who runs a third-generation distillery deep in the Black Forest, made the spirit real, and another friend drew the label freehand, which is more or less how the whole bottle came together.
The nose is fruity and bright, lavender and juniper intertwined. The palate turns floral and spicy with a real rush of fruit, ripe blueberries leading the charge over a warm, peppery base. The finish is long and spiced. Drink it neat, over ice, or lengthened with a good tonic and perhaps a few fresh berries to play up its forest-fruit heart.
