Description

Made at the Cotswolds Distillery in the rolling English countryside, this London Dry is built around nine botanicals and an unusually generous hand with the juniper. It is distilled in traditional copper stills and goes into the bottle unfiltered, which is why a natural haze blooms when it meets ice or tonic. Lavender grown in the Cotswolds joins fresh lime peel, grapefruit, coriander seed and angelica root.

The nose leads with citrus and dominant juniper, lifted by a floral hum of lavender. On the palate it is full-bodied and lively, the pine-bright juniper edged with grapefruit zest and a gentle spice from coriander and angelica, before a long, dry, aromatic finish. Pour it into a classic G&T with Indian tonic and a twist of grapefruit zest.
