Hakushu 25 Years Old

Hakushu 25 Years Old is the longest-aged expression in the standard Hakushu range, drawn from Suntory's forest distillery in Yamanashi Prefecture at the foot of the Southern Japanese Alps. It is among the rarest of the distillery's core bottlings, reflecting the extended time needed for the high-altitude spirit to reach this depth.

Twenty-five years in Ex-Bourbon casks build on Hakushu's signature freshness with layers of honey and mature oak. The distillery's characteristic green and herbal notes evolve over this period into something richer, with dried orchard fruit and a lingering sweetness framed by gentle spice, all coming together at 43%.
