Arhumatic Passion - Gingembre is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice rather than molasses. In the French arrange tradition it is steeped with passion fruit and ginger, balancing tangy tropical fruit against warming spice.

Bottled at 28%, it sits in the soft, sweetened liqueur register rather than as a dry spirit, so expect zesty passion fruit and a ginger kick over the grassy cane base. Serve it chilled or over ice, where the ginger note makes it a natural lift for long drinks.
