Arhumatic Melange d'herbes aromatiques, the Aqua Aromatica bottling, is a flavoured rhum in the French arrangé tradition, here taking an unusual savoury turn by macerating a blend of aromatic herbs in an agricole cane-juice base from Guadeloupe rather than the usual tropical fruit.

No formal tasting notes are recorded, so the copy stays with the concept. Expect a green, herbal and botanical character over the grassy cane base, more savoury and aromatic than a sweet fruit arrangé, at a moderate 29%. It is a distinctive, niche pour, best served chilled in small measures as an aperitif or digestif rather than sipped as a conventional rum.
