Description

Arawak Arrange Vanille - Noix de Macadamia is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice rather than molasses. In the French arrange tradition it is steeped with vanilla and macadamia nut, a rich and dessert-leaning combination.

At 32% it sits in liqueur territory, soft and sweet rather than dry, so expect creamy vanilla and buttery nut to lead over the grassy cane backbone. Serve it chilled or over ice as an after-dinner pour, not as a neat dry rum.
