Description

Arawak Arrange Banane - Fraise is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice rather than molasses. It follows the French arrange tradition of steeping fruit in cane spirit, here ripe banana and strawberry.

Bottled at 32%, it leans sweet and soft in the liqueur register, so expect mellow banana and sweet strawberry to lead with the grassy agricole character underneath. This is an easy chilled sipper or a base for tropical cocktails, not a neat dry rum.
