From the Thompson brothers of Dornoch, this Inchmurrin is Loch Lomond's floral island malt from the straight-neck stills, a mature 28 year old from 1996.

Twenty-eight years in ex-Bourbon mellow the floral spirit, vanilla from the gentle oak as the humid warehouse drew off the cask over the decades.

At 53.3% it shows dried fruit, leather, a nutty, oily depth and old wood, the floral Inchmurrin grown deep with age. A mature Inchmurrin.
