From Signatory's Vintage Collection, this Inchmurrin is Loch Lomond's floral island malt, a 20 year old from 1996, cask 31.
Twenty years in ex-Bourbon mellow the floral spirit, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla while oxidation rounds the fruit.
At 43% it shows mature orchard fruit over soft vanilla and old wood. A Vintage Collection Inchmurrin.
