Eight years in Sauternes lend honeyed apricot and a waxy sweetness over the young, bright spirit.

At 58.4% it shows Sauternes honeyed apricot over the Highland fruit with a yeasty note, undiluted. A young Sauternes Exclusive Cask 8.
