This Exclusive Cask Selection, a 14 year old from a 2006 vintage, matures Loch Lomond in Sauternes, an outturn of 302 bottles at cask strength.
Fourteen years in Sauternes lend honeyed apricot and a waxy sweetness, the botrytised wine adding stone fruit to the spirit.
At 54.7% it shows Sauternes honeyed apricot over the Highland fruit, undiluted. A Sauternes Exclusive Cask 14.
