This 14 Year Old leans on French oak alongside American for its fruit-and-cinnamon character, the more tannic European wood lending a spicy backbone the standard core lacks. A balanced Highland malt with extra structure.

Fourteen years across American and French oak build the profile, the French oak's higher tannin adding spice and grip while the American oak gives vanilla.

At 46% it shows cooked and fresh fruit, vanilla and old wood with a cooked-mash depth, the French oak's fine tannin reading as cinnamon spice. A spicier 14.
