Smoke Symphony is the peated member of Noble Rebel, Loch Lomond's blended malt range, here married to a red-wine cask. Smoke and wine fruit set against each other.

The red-wine cask lends berry fruit and a drying edge over peated malt, the wine pigments and tannins playing against the smoke.

At 46% it shows wood smoke with sherried dried fruit, leather and a cooked-vegetable depth over a malty base, the peat phenols carrying the reek. A smoky Noble Rebel blended malt.
