Wilson & Morgan is the Italian house of Fabio Rossi, known for its Barrel Selection single casks. Distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2001, this is a 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 4833, part of the Barrel Selection series.

Twelve years in the bourbon cask polish its clean, apple-and-pear character.

At its natural 57%, the ex-Bourbon adds vanilla and a honeyed oak note. Fragrant and clean, with orchard fruit and a floral note.
