The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 2010, this 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 301559 & 301566, was bottled in 2021, part of The Un-Chillfiltered Collection series.

From an ex-Bourbon cask, eleven years draw out Linkwood's delicate orchard-fruit spirit.

At 46%, the bourbon cask lends vanilla and light spice. The profile runs to a hay-like note, a savoury edge, vanilla.
