Description

Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. A 13 year old Linkwood, from cask 8, this was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2020, from the Cask Strength Collection range.

Matured in Oloroso, thirteen years wrap the silky, fragrant Speyside spirit in the cask's character.

Bottled undiluted at 58.4%, vanilla and a creamy oak note from the ex-Bourbon. The profile runs to a sherried character, chocolate, cooked fruit, leather.
