Linkwood 27 Years Old 1997 Cask #20/4 (Signatory)

The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. This 27 year old Linkwood, from cask 20/4, was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2024.

A turn in Oloroso over twenty-seven years folds the cask through Linkwood's fruity, slow-distilled make.

At its natural 55.4%, the Oloroso works in fig, date and a dry nuttiness. It carries citrus, a sherried character, chocolate, dried fruit.
