Description

Signatory Vintage has released single casks from Edinburgh since 1988, and owns Edradour distillery. Filled in 1995 and bottled in 2013, the whisky is a 18 year old Linkwood, from cask 654 + 655, in the Vintage Collection range.

Held in ex-Bourbon for eighteen years, the oak settles the clean, floral house style.

Bottled at 43%, the American oak frames the fruit with vanilla. Fresh apple, pear and a gentle honeyed sweetness.
