Description

Signatory Vintage grew from a 1988 Edinburgh start into a prolific bottler of single casks. Distilled in 1974, this 42 year old Linkwood, from cask 8440 + 8441, was bottled in 2017, part of the Cask Strength Collection series.

Forty-two years in the bourbon cask polish its clean, apple-and-pear character.

Bottled undiluted at 40.9%, vanilla and a creamy oak note from the ex-Bourbon. Fresh apple, pear and a gentle honeyed sweetness.
