Sansibar is a German independent tied to the famous bar of the same name on the island of Sylt, its single casks much sought after. Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021, this is a 15 year old Linkwood.

Aged fifteen years in ex-Bourbon, the oak lifts its light, honeyed Speyside spirit.

At 49.1%, undiluted, the American oak lends vanilla and a light spice. On the palate, fresh fruit, honey, vanilla, new wood.
