Linkwood Sherry Finish MM (Murray McDavid)

Murray McDavid, founded 1996 and now based at the former Coleburn distillery, bottles single casks. This Linkwood is a Speyside single malt in the Cask Craft range.

Matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso, its years wrap Linkwood's fresh, grassy fruitiness in the cask's character.

Bottled at 44.5%, the Pedro Ximenez brings raisin, date and a treacly sweetness. Expect citrus, honey, a malt note, new wood, a nutty note, a sherried character.
