Elixir Distillers is the house of collector Sukhinder Singh, behind the Single Malts of Scotland range. This 31 year old Linkwood was bottled in 2023.

Thirty-one years in ex-Bourbon lend a light oak frame to Linkwood's green-apple-and-grass character.

At its natural 49.6%, the ex-Bourbon lends vanilla and a soft oak frame. The profile is light and floral, green apple over vanilla.
