Linkwood 12 Years Old 2010 Cask #172 (Blackadder)

Blackadder, founded in 1995 and named for Bishop John Blackadder, is known for its sediment-rich Raw Cask bottlings. The cask was filled in 2010 and bottled in 2022, a 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 172, part of the Raw Cask series.

A turn in Pedro Ximenez over twelve years folds the cask through its clean, apple-and-pear character.

At 59.2%, undiluted, the PX lends a syrupy raisin sweetness. A bright, fragrant Speyside, apple and honey to the last.
