Part of Diageo's celebrated Rare Malts Selection, this 30 year old was distilled in 1974 and bottled at cask strength in 2005, an outturn of 6,000 bottles. The range showcased old stocks of distilleries rarely seen as single malts, Linkwood among the most prized.

Three decades in ex-Bourbon deepened the floral Speyside spirit without burying it, the clear-wort delicacy still present under the oak.

At 54.9% it shows old wood, chocolate and citrus over honey, with a mossy note and fresh fruit beneath. A mature Rare Malts Linkwood.
