Description

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society has bottled single casks under code numbers since its 1983 founding in Leith. This 11 year old Laphroaig, from cask 29.305, was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2024., from the Seaweed and smokies range.

Eleven years of ex-Bourbon soften the deep south-shore peat.

At 58.3%, undiluted, the bourbon cask adds vanilla. On the palate, citrus.
