Description

The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. This bottling is a 11 year old Laphroaig, from cask 700037 + 38, laid down in 1999 and drawn off in 2011., from The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

From ex-Bourbon, eleven years draw out its phenolic, medicinal smoke.

Bottled at 46%, the cask lends vanilla and a touch of honey. A big medicinal peat, iodine and ash through the finish.
