Description

Signatory Vintage grew from a 1988 Edinburgh start into a prolific bottler of single casks. This bottling is a 15 year old Laphroaig, from cask 700352, laid down in 1998 and drawn off in 2013. in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Fifteen years in Oloroso layer the cask onto its phenolic, medicinal smoke.

Bottled at 46%, the Oloroso brings dried fruit, fig and walnut. Iodine, brine and peat smoke define the south-Islay style.
