Signatory Vintage has released single casks from Edinburgh since 1988, and owns Edradour distillery. Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2014, this 15 year old Laphroaig, from cask 700387 followed. in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Fifteen years in Oloroso layer the cask onto the famous Laphroaig smoke.

At 46%, the Oloroso works in fig, date and walnut. Tarry smoke and sea-salt, unmistakably south-shore Islay.
