Description

Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2015, this 17 year old Laphroaig, from cask 8368 followed., from the Cask Strength Collection.

An ex-Bourbon cask and seventeen years shape the smoky, antiseptic make.

Bottled at cask strength, 51.9%, vanilla rises from the bourbon wood. A big medicinal peat, iodine and ash through the finish.
