Description

Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. This 12 year old Laphroaig, from cask 3479, came off the stills in 1993 and was bottled in 2006., part of the Cask Strength Collection.

An ex-Bourbon cask and twelve years shape its phenolic, medicinal smoke.

At 56.7%, undiluted, the American oak leaves vanilla. A big medicinal peat, iodine and ash through the finish.
