Laphroaig 18 Years Old 1997 (Sansibar)

Sansibar is a German independent tied to the famous bar of the same name on the island of Sylt, its single casks much sought after. A 18 year old Laphroaig, this was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2015.

From ex-Bourbon, eighteen years draw out the iodine-rich spirit.

At 53.4%, undiluted, the American oak leaves vanilla. Seaweed, smoke and iodine in the Laphroaig manner.
