Ian Macleod Distillers, the family firm behind Glengoyne and Tamdhu, bottles single casks under its Chieftain's and Dun Bheagan labels. This 15 year old Laphroaig, from cask 50094, 50096, 50097, was distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2019 in the Dun Bheagan range.

Aged fifteen years in ex-Bourbon, the oak rounds Laphroaig's heavily peated, medicinal spirit.

Bottled at 46%, the American oak brings vanilla. Expect a hay-like note, honey, a malt note, a medicinal edge, vanilla.
