Elixir Distillers grew from Sukhinder Singh's collecting into a bottler and, lately, a distiller. The cask was filled in 2014 and bottled in 2022, a 7 year old Laphroaig, from cask 221., from The Single Malts of Scotland range.

An ex-Bourbon cask and 7 years shape Laphroaig's seaweed-and-smoke peat.

At its natural 56.2%, the American oak leaves vanilla. Expect citrus, a coal-gas edge, leather, a medicinal edge, a nutty note, a dry sandy note.
