A.D. Rattray traces its name to a firm established in 1868 and today releases single casks four times a year in its Cask Collection. This 11 year old Laphroaig, from cask 800044, was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2010. in the Individual Cask Bottling range.

Eleven years in Oloroso layer the cask onto the heavily peated make.

At its natural 61.6%, fig, walnut and dark raisin from the sherry. The smoke is tarry and medicinal, salt on the close.
