Far older than the usual festival dram, this 30 year old Càirdeas from 2008 is a rare mature entry in the series, 1,536 bottles in Oloroso and ex-Bourbon.

Three decades soften the smoke, the Oloroso lending fig and raisin from its melanoidins.
