Book 4 of the Ian Hunter Story, a 1987 vintage 34 year old in ex-Bourbon, the penultimate chapter of the tribute series to the last Johnston owner.

Thirty-four years mellow the smoke into a deep, waxy maturity, chocolate and dried fruit emerging with the decades.

At 46.2% the peat is gentle and smoky, a sherried character and a green note alongside the chocolate. The fourth Hunter chapter.
