Released in 2015, Laphroaig's bicentenary year, this 32 year old spent more than three decades in Oloroso, 5,880 bottles of deeply sherried old Laphroaig.
Thirty-two years in Oloroso bring fig, raisin and tobacco, the cask's melanoidins deep into the spirit.
At 46.6% the peat is mellow under the sherry, dried fruit, a mossy note and tobacco alongside the smoke. A mature bicentenary release.
