Description

A staff-selected single cask, 2007 vintage, finished in Marsala and bottled at eighteen years, just 264 bottles. The Team series lets the distillery crew pick the casks, and they chose a caramelised, wine-led one here.

Eighteen years and a Marsala finish bring caramelised brown sugar and dried fruit to a mature, smoky spirit.

At 50.7% the peat is medicinal under the Marsala sweetness. A staff-picked single cask.
