Laphroaig 20 Years Old Double Cask

A 2010 French-market limited edition of 750 bottles, matured across a double-cask regime to two decades. At twenty years the peat has turned waxy and soft.

Two casks and twenty years build a layered, waxy maturity, the medicinal smoke now a gentler presence.

At 46.6% the peat is mellow and smoky, vanilla and a waxy depth from the long ex-Bourbon maturation. A mature French rarity.
