Zu Plun Dolomites Rhum Fine Old

Zu Plun is an unusual producer working in the Dolomites of northern Italy, distilling from sugar cane juice in the agricole tradition. This Fine Old is aged four years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 50% with no added sugar. As an Italian rum it sits outside the French AOC, so it is best called agricole-style.
