Straight bourbon ageing suits Foursquare well, and it shows: roasted notes, caramel, coconut and tropical fruit on the nose, then coconut, caramel, wood and vanilla on the palate, with a finish of spice, wood, chocolate and burnt sugar. The profile is dry and woody with cocoa underneath, the texture oily and the 58% well integrated into a long, lightly spicy close.
