Jewish Whisky Company is an independent bottler. This bottling is a 10 year old Williamson, from cask 191681, laid down in 2014 and drawn off in 2025. in the Single Cask Nation range. Williamson means teaspooned Laphroaig, a cask given a token measure of another malt so the distillery name is off-limits and the label says blended malt. It remembers Bessie Williamson, Laphroaig's owner from 1954.
