Wiener Brise Pfefferminzlikör is a peppermint liqueur from Austria, built for an intense, cooling mint character and a fresh, modern style. Its production rests on quality peppermint extracts that give the liqueur its characteristic freshness and cool mouthfeel, balanced against a gentle sweetness, and it is bottled at a moderate 18% ABV. The result is a clean, mint led liqueur in the fresh end of the herbal range.

The nose is an intense aroma of fresh peppermint with a hint of sweet herbs, the palate pleasantly sweet and refreshing with dominant mint and a light spiciness, and the finish cool, long and invigorating with lingering minty freshness. Behind the bar it brings cooling lift, sweetness and a clean mint backbone, which makes it a natural in a Grasshopper alongside crème de cacao, a Stinger style serve, or any drink that wants a fresh minty edge. It pairs well with chocolate desserts. Serve it as an iced shot or over crushed ice for the coolest effect, and reach for it where a cocktail needs mint without bitterness.
