Wien Gin Vienna Dry Gin

A collaboration between the Reisetbauer distillery and the Kesselbruder, this gin sets out to bottle the urban soul of Vienna. It is produced and bottled entirely in Upper Austria, built on high-quality regional wheat that is refined in-house, with pure spring water used for the final blend; the result is a notably clean, elegant Austrian spirit.

The nose opens with juniper and light citrus, fruity elderberry edged with orange and mace. The palate is soft and balanced, all bright grapefruit and fine citrus with a subtle nutmeg warmth underneath, closing long and harmonious as floral elderflower lingers. It makes a lively Tom Collins, but a tonic with a twist of grapefruit peel shows off its citrus best.
