Indomitas pairs two of rum's most respected names, Foursquare in Barbados and Velier in Italy, on a 2010 vintage single blended rum. Foursquare's traditional pot and column blend forms the base, and the collaboration carries it to 15 years at a full 62%, the kind of cask-strength bottling that has made the pairing a collector favourite.

The pot-and-column makeup gives the familiar Foursquare backbone of coconut, caramel and biscuit, while a cognac cask layers on red grape, fresh and dried fig and a mocha richness. The texture is notably oily and thick, the palate stacks caramel and coconut against cognac fruit and wood, and the finish runs long and woody with a savoury, faintly salty, coffee-edged close.
