V-Sinne Schwarzwald Star Trek Stardust Gin

V-Sinne in the Black Forest made this one as a tribute to the Star Trek universe and its tradition of galactic drinks, leaning hard into the theatre of it. The liquid starts a distinctive blue, a nod to Romulan whiskey, then glows green when tonic is added in honour of Aldebaran whiskey, while silver and gold stardust hangs suspended inside the bottle to mirror voyages through intergalactic space.

The nose is fruity, with raspberry and fresh hints of juniper. The palate is balanced and mild, sweet and fruit-forward, before a long finish that keeps that soft berry note. Pour it with a clear tonic to trigger the colour shift and watch the stardust settle, finished with a few fresh raspberries for a drink that earns its place at the table.
