Two Drifters is a small distillery producing its Signature rum on a pot still and bottling it at 40%. The molasses spirit aims for an approachable everyday character, with a spice-led profile that sets it apart from the usual caramel-forward entry-level pour.

The nose offers spice, apple, a light salinity and an alcoholic lift, the palate turns spicy and peppery with a faint smoke, and the finish brings caramel, ginger and orange.
