Trummer Uhudler Likör

Trummer Uhudler Likör comes from Trummer Frucht, a family fruit business in southern Burgenland, Austria, that has worked to preserve regional orchards and old fruit varieties since 1989. The company began with its own fruit pressing plant and has grown over more than 35 years from its first production site to a modern farm shop in Pinkafeld, now run by the next generation. This liqueur captures the character of the local Uhudler grape, a distinctive regional variety, in a fruit forward composition bottled at a gentle 18% ABV.

The bottling leads with intense berry fruitiness, a fine flavour and a refined depth drawn from the Uhudler grape, set off by supporting notes of vanilla, honey and a touch of citrus peel. Behind the bar it brings sweetness, deep berry colour and fruit body, which makes it a ready base for a spritz with sparkling wine, a kir style pour, or a fruity long drink where its grape and berry character carry the glass. It also works alongside desserts. Serve it chilled to lift the berry freshness, or over ice in a longer build.
