Description

Trois Rivieres is a storied Martinique name with an estate dating to 1660, and this is its classic unaged blanc, distilled from fresh sugar-cane juice under the island's AOC. Bottled at a robust 55%, it is the higher-proof version of the house white, built to deliver the full cane experience.

The creole column keeps the spirit congener-rich, and the profile is properly grassy and vegetal: fresh sugar-cane, bright citrus, cut grass and a fruity lift, with an oily, full body and a peppery, faintly smooth finish. The strength gives it real intensity and presence, robust and a touch funky without losing its freshness.
