Description

Trois Rivieres Blanc Turquoise is an unaged white from Trois Rivieres, a Martinique estate whose roots reach back to 1660 and which has made rum for more than a century. It is built from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice, distilled low on a Creole column to preserve the cane congeners.

Bottled unsweetened at 50%, it is a dry, full-proof blanc. In the house style of a Martinique white, expect a grassy, herbaceous core with fresh sugar-cane sap, green olive, white pepper and a briny snap, crisp and dry rather than sweet. Made for a classic Ti Punch or to bring cane backbone to cocktails.
